New
SAT I – Scholastic Aptitude Test
The New SAT I is a 3-hour 45 Minute
test that measures writing (one essay and two grammar
sections), verbal (three sections which has critical
reading and sentence correction) and mathematical (three
sections) reasoning skills students have developed over
time and skills they need to be successful academically.
Although the questions involve basic skills of Math
and English learnt in school, the way the questions
are created, requires IQ and experience to decipher
them. Many colleges and universities use the SAT as
one major indicator among others of a student's readiness
to do college-level work. SAT scores are compared with
the scores of other applicants, and to the standards
set by an institution, and can be used as a basis for
awarding merit-based financial aid.
The New SAT is scored on a scale of 200-2400 and is
typically taken by high school juniors and seniors.
The test is administered six times a year internationally.

Our
Methods of Teaching SAT
Mr. Anees Hussain has prepared students for SAT, ( also
GMAT and GRE) every year for 20 years.” This sentence
should be under “Our Methods of Teaching SAT.
With years of experience in preparing students for SAT,
we have perfected the methods for preparing students.
Our trademark methods include preparation of an individual
time-table for each student based on his or her score,
one-on-one preparation followed up with weekly testing,
and full length test practice at the end of the preparation
schedule.
Our tutors are equipped with the most modern and student-friendly
techniques of teaching Mathematics and English. The
class environment is conducive to effective learning
where students learn to interact with each other and
benefit from each other. All students starting the course
do a full SAT test. Based on this Diagnostic Test, we
develop a study program, which is different for every
student. Their weighted scores determine the time to
be given to each study mod ule. Thus a student scoring
high on the Mathematics section will have to spend little
time in attaining a score of, say, 750+. However, if
his Verbal diagnostic score was a low 330, his program
will allow more than twice as much time on the Verbal
modules.
We also assist students in registering for the SAT and
if need be, guide them on filling applications.
